Subject: Revised schedule for the remaining part of the academic year 2019-20;

For the summer session of the academic year 2O19-2O

1. Vacation for faculty members: from 20 April to 03 June 2020.
Faculty members are requested to be in touch with the sfudenfs and interact with
them on any convenient interactive platform/ mode. Attendance during the interaction
may please be recorded.
2. Classes to reopen: 1Oth June 2O2O
3. Last day of teaching and also submission of internal assessment marks: 04 July 2020
4. Project report (UG) / Dissertation (PG) submission: 04th July to OOth July 2O2O
5. End semester examination (for UG/PG including project): OTth July to 17th July 2O2O
However, for M.Tech Disser{ation (Phase ll) Submr.ssion can be held as per the
schedule announced in the original academic calendar for the year 2019-20 i.e
29h May 2O2O to 2y'h June 2020.
M Tech ll year sfudenfs however, are not eligible for stipend after 30th June 2020.
6. Submission of grades after main end semester examination: on or before 21 July 2020
7. Final year result announcement: Positivelv on 23 July 2020
8. Re-examination: 2TthJuly to 30th July 2O2O
L Summer Term 2020,onlv for those who, bv reqisterinq to the summer term courses. are
completinq the deqree requirements: from SthAugust to 29th August 2O2O

For the winter session of the academic year 2O2O-21

1 . Registration schedule from: 1Sth June 2O2O till 20 July 2020.
2. Commencement of classes (except for 1't year UG/ PG): 20th July 2020
(Preponed; original dale27 July 2020)
3. Commencement of classes for 1tt year UG/ PG: to be announced soon
4. No instruction day on Saturday, the 12th Sept 2O2O
5. Schedule for other activities to remain unchanged.
