Letter of Intent

Dearest Madame:

Please consider this as a letter of intent for the Resort Management (Tour 11) class of the
College of Hospitality Management, Tourism, and Nutrition to request for your permission to
conduct an Island Beach Resort Assessment on September 23-24, 2017 at Pamilacan Island,
Baclayon, Bohol, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the abovementioned subject.

The aforementioned activity aims to achieve the following objectives:

1. To enhance our knowledge in resort management by undergoing a rare and unique

accommodating experience in an island resort,
2. To assess the needs and shortcomings of staying in an island resort,
3. To experience life without the comfort of technology which only an island resort can
offer, e.g. no stable electricity.
