its 4th Regular Meeting on November 3, 2022, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in any available room in the CTE building.
With this, we are requesting your good office to utilize the room as the venue for the Regular Meeting. This will
be attended by 32 students, composed of the (1) President, (1) Vice President, (1) Secretary, (1) Treasurer, (12)
Senators, (4) Governors, and (12) Support Staff.

We are pleased to inform you that the Supreme Student Government (SSG) of BISU-Clarin Campus will have its Special
Meeting for the Acquaintance Party with its tentative date on October 28, 2022, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Activity Center.
With this, we are requesting your good office to utilize the activity center as the venue for the Special Meeting. This will be
attended by 60 students, composed of the (1) President, (1) Vice President, (1) Secretary, (5) Senators, (4) Governors, (38)
class mayors, and (10) organizational presidents. In connection with this, the Supreme student Government of BISU-Clarin
is also planning to organize a face-to-face culmination for the Rosary Month on the same day and venue 3:00 pm to 5 pm.
This will be and attended by SSG Officers, class mayors, organizational presidents and the faculty and staff.

At a time that works best for you, we look forward to going over our plan in greater detail with you. Your unwavering support,
which will be much appreciated, is what we are asking for in this.
