See template below and Your plan must include at least 5 or all of the following:

o HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION

The goal of talent growth is to make time for workers to learn. Some misguided metrics may
include things like courses that a teacher teaches over a given amount of time, or the number of
new staff members can draw to the gym. These metrics are not very helpful and simply put
employees under pressure.

o STAFF INDUCTION

Invest in Employee Development For employers looking to increase employee engagement in a

gym, employee development is one of the most valuable metrics and its enhancement can be
one of the best ways to enhance employee engagement and retention in a gym.

o FAIR WORK AUSTRALIA, LEGISLATIONS & REGULATIONS

Fair Work Legislation

The Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act) and the Fair Work Regulations 2009 are the main legislation we
deal with. They govern the employee/employer relationship in Australia. They provide a safety net
of minimum entitlements, enable flexible working arrangements and fairness at work, and prevent
discrimination against employees.
The Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 allowed certain
parts of the Fair Work system to gradually phase in from 1 July 2009 until around 2014.

o JOB ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

We are looking help our clients with a Personal Trainer who can manage and oversee different
health and wellness programs.
He/she will evaluate clients' physical and health conditions, create appropriate workout plans, and
monitor their improvement. Often, our client can clarify relevant safety laws and regulations (e.g.
equipment use). In the end, you'll help our clients have fun and boost their health by exercise

o WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY

our analysis and responsibility is to identify clients' fitness level and health Monitoring exercise
routines Track clients' physical progress Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries
or health issues Conducting individual and group fitness training sessions Adopt a holistic training
approach (e.g. cardiovascular exercise, strength) Monitoring the use of fitness equipment to
ensure clients' proper exercise;

o PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

o PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We have the best fitness trainers or fitness instructor who provides fitness guidance to help
customers improve their health.
Personal Trainer designs personalized individual and community health and wellness programs.
They delegate workout schedules based on the physical needs of clients and track their progress

o RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

Fitness Trainer duties include:

Determining clients’ exercise needs
Assigning fitness activities and revising when needed
Instructing and motivating clients

at the same time, our personal training need to have the next responsibilities

Identify the clients’ fitness level and health

Oversee completion of exercise routines
Track clients’ physical progress
Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues
Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
Adopt a holistic training approach (e.g. cardiovascular exercise, strength)
Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely
Handle nutrition and health-related questions
Refer to and promote fitness packages and plans
Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed
Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

o REMUNERATION

Australians spend an average of $73 a month on gym memberships, with a large portion of their
business going to 24-hour No-frills gyms. You could see revenue on memberships alone as high
as $6,500 if you manage to sign up 80 customers in the first three months. Have a snack, drink,
or protein bar, extra courses, personal training, and other special services and you can see
revenue from skyrocket.
Just not pocketing the profits yet. As a gym owner, we will be responsible for covering all the
taxes, salaries, and services we need before cutting your own check. Equipment would require
routine servicing, repair and replacement, reliable air conditioning and heating, hot water,
electricity, internet, and other services will be required. Must be paid to trainers, desk managers,
and concierge.

o STAFF RETENTION AND SUCCESSION PLANNING

It is also worth mentioning again that effective employee engagement and retention not only
affect employees positively but also contribute positively to the customer experience. By offering
their best work, staff who are happy are more likely to treat customers well. And customers who
get well served are more likely to stay as gym members. If you are a gymnasium owner who
