ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
This project consumed huge amount of work, research and
dedication. Still, implementation would not have been
possible if we did not have a support of many individual and
institutions. Therefore we would like to extend our sincere
gratitude to all of them.
First of all we are thankful to B.M.Embedded Solutions
(BMES), JANAKPURI. Provision of expertise and technical
support in the implementation. Without their superior
knowledge and experience the project would like in quality
of outcomes, and thus their support has been essential.
We are also grateful to RAKESH SIR (MEDICAL
ELETRONICS), for providing necessary guidance concerning
projects implementation. He also devoted his time and
knowledge in this project.
INTRODUCTION

In our major project, biomedical measuring system we

are measuring body temperature and pulse rate of
patient for which we are using temperature sensor and
pulse sensor.
Temperature refers to the hotness or coldness of a
body. Body temperature is a measure of your body’s
ability to make and get rid of heat. The normal body
temperature is 98.6⁰F (37⁰C).
A heart rate is the number of times the heart beats in
the space of a minute. Pulse refers how many times
per minute the arties expand and contract in response
to the pumping action of the heart. A pulse rate is
exactly equal to the heartbeat as the contractions of
the heart causes the increases in blood pressure in the
arteries that lead to a noticeable pulse. The normal
pulse rate is 60 - 100 Beats per Minutes.
