Guidelines on the Use of Asia Pacific College CoursePacks

Asia Pacific College (APC) will implement “Home Study” though the Asia Pacific College CoursePacks,
defined as:

i. A digital collection of assigned readings and other related references covering the course syllabi
ii. A collection of activities, assignments, and assessment intended to help enhance learning and achieve
the expected learning outcomes
iii. Will cover remaining class lessons and requirements for the period May 2 to June 23, 2020, covering
the rest of the 3rd term, which started February 6, 2020

In the course of your Home Study using the APC CoursePacks, we trust that you will personally adhere to APC
core values:

i. Integrity: Your assignments, projects, and other activities are products of your own hard work or the
collective product of teams assigned by your professors
ii. Industry: You will work hard to accomplish the tasks assigned to you and believe that this will enhance
your capacity to learn and become productive members of the larger community, now and in the future
iii. Innovation: You will always explore opportunities for creativity and inventiveness in all your learning
tasks and outputs

As APC students you have the right to the APC Coursepacks. All instructional materials provided in the APC
CoursePacks are provided free for academic purposes for your personal use only and in connection with your
enrolled courses. Please bear in mind some important information:

i. Contents of APC Coursepacks, such as, lecture notes, presentation materials, reference documents,
digital textbooks, articles, reading materials, case studies, videos, and other information are the
exclusive property of Asia Pacific College;
ii. Since they are the property of APC, and intended for academic and personal use only, they should not be
reproduced nor distributed without the express consent of APC.
iii. All recipients of APC CoursePacks shall affix their signature on the following RAM DECLARATION
OF CONDUCT as follows.

RAM DECLARATION OF CONDUCT

I, ______Paul____ as a recipient of the Asia Pacific College CoursePacks, shall:

1. To the best of my ability, complete all learning tasks (assignments, case study, project documentation,
etc.) on my own, or in collaboration with team members assigned by my professors;
2. Be truthful and honest and shall refrain at all times from engaging in academic dishonesty (cheating on
assessments, forgery or falsification of academic documents, etc.);
3. Protect my account from any unauthorized use to work on/complete course requirements; and
4. Avoid plagiarism at all times including acts of unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution or
unauthorized use of idea or product derived from an existing source, including the APC Coursepacks.

In the event of violation, I shall be subjected to the applicable disciplinary actions as stated in the Disciplinary
Sanctions stated in the Student Handbook (XVIII APC Policies, Rules and Regulations, Section 4.3 Plagiarism
and Violation of Intellectual Property Rights, page 97) and the Course Policies and Procedures.

I have read and understood the provisions of the RAM DECLARATION OF CONDUCT and agree to comply
and adhere to its provisions without any hesitation or reservation. I fully understand that APC reserves the right
to amend any or all the provisions contained herein.
