In life nothing is permanent

If you gain knowledge, you would not remember

It is huge and time consuming

Later on you don’t remember it

What is permanent to remember

It is cooking

It is earning money

Cooking is daily practice which you can't remove from daily practice

Earning money daily is job of family to keep away from famine and diseases

Any activity which you take up 10000 hours at a stretch does get remembered

But it also becomes monotonous

Best way to spend your life of 24 hours is learning new things

But these new things should be permanent

So think of those ways of lifestyle which is permanent and repetitive

Such type of activities would give you happiness and satisfaction

So being free is nothing but doing job which is permanent and done leisurely

You would be free as you don’t remember it , it gets ingrained in brain to be wiped out

Habit is ongoing process of work and activities are temporary but under practice become permanent
