No, i don't, I try to thinks first, see all the options and then begin with the activity
I think, I am a patient person, i know if I have patience I don't get stressed too fast, and
that is good for my health.
I thinks that it’s depend the activity, for example if a have hurry well I try to do all very
fast, just like the breakfast or another activity in my home, but if a need to do
something in my work, I make my time because I need do it well.
I eat slowly, because I love the food, I like to taste my food, and I think it’s better for my
digestion
