This 30 % test is designed to the First Year and Second Year MBA Students.

Instruction: Individual Students are expected to work by themselves and submit their answers by email
to the professor. This is a test from 30% like you’ r taking in the classroom monitored by invigilators.
You are expected to work the test as an individual student as it’s practiced in the classroom. Plagiarism or
copying the work of others or working together as a group this particular test is not allowed. The
professor has his checking mechanism to validate the work of individuals to decide on grades. The
professor encourages the students to work the test on an individual basis; if the instruction is not respected
both students will get zero marks. The individual student shall submit directly his/her work or answer to

Zewditu (Graduate school coordinator).

so, threatens the well-being of the organization or its members. As being a manager of the
company how do you address and shape employee behavior?( 6pts)
 
4). In the 21-century workplace diversity is unavoidable business culture to deal with local and
global business issues. Workplace spirituality is necessary.What is workforce spirituality
(6pts)
 
5). Many companies today use quality circles, especially when it comes to manufacturing. The
most well-known example would be Toyota, which helped to pioneer the concept decades ago.
What is a quality circle in the organization? ( 6pts).
