Strategy Justification

Create a Shared Vision Sharing experiences, opinion, thoughts,

likes and dislikes between the kids
according to certain topics will help us to
create a supportive base where we, as
teachers are going to be able to work on
in a better way, and in order to this
manage groups of students in different
situation, contexts, and points of view.
Because of this we will notice the
reduction of bullying situation, anger,
isolation and segregation highlighting
that everybody in the room has
problems, issues, likes and dislikes.
Using the Power of Names It is extremely important for teachers to
get to know our student, for this reason a
very basic but important rule is, to learn
and remember our student’s names. It
sounds obvious, according to this we
Will notice that our students are going to
feel included, noticed and important for
the classroom and for the learning
community where they are inserted in.
Consequently, we will reinforce the
importance of each student.
Tone of voice and Volume Overexagerate what you are trying to
explain in order to grab your students’
attention. It is very important to make
them notice that you are happy when
you are trying to express that feeling, or
sad, or anxious, or wathever you want to
express. This strategy will help you to
connect with your students’ emotionally
and basically to make them notice that

they are able to express how they feel at

any time, creating a feelings of
confidence, confort and freedom. The
volume of your voice is also a key, the
reason is at the moment that you raise
the volume of your voice, children will
do exactly the same that you do, and the
whole class could turn into a real mess.
The importance of moderating the level
of your voice will help you to control the
strees level on your students and give
instructions in a better and fluid way in
order to improve the learning process
