Performance Task 1
Conduct an interview with a learner, a teacher and an administrator and ask
them why rules are IMPORTANT.
So for me sir, rules are important because they do not just guide a person’s
conscience on what is right and what is wrong, but they can also help a person maintain
proper behavior and attitude towards other people and can also help the person be
organized and civil to society. If rules didn’t exist, our society would go into a state of
anarchy, there would be no limitations to the actions we do because there are no laws or
rules to follow, and there would be no cooperation within each community, thus leading
to our society to not function properly.
They should be aware of what is meant by proper behavior. But, if we expect this of
children, we should also expect adults to follow the rules as closely as possible;
otherwise, chaos would ensue. In addition, society as a whole cannot function in this
manner. Furthermore, even the most liberal individual would agree that some things

Performance Task 1
Request a sample lesson plan or a Daily Learning Plan (DLP) from your CT.
Study each part carefully. Paste it here.
Is the learning plan developmentally sequenced to meet curriculum requirements?
Explain.
Yes! Lesson planning is developed by teachers. Before focusing on the curriculum, activities,
and materials, they start with the learning outcomes. Students are able to gain a comprehensive
understanding of the topic by following this method. That is why learning plan should
developmentally sequence to meet the curriculum requirements. Thus manage and implement
the teaching and learning process in a sequence that evolves to meet the needs of the
curriculum in different educational contexts plays a big role in our lives as teacher and student.
A lesson plan helps you stay on track and keep the learners on track, but it also helps outside
of the context of the lesson itself. With scheduled lessons, you have practical material on
everything you've taught, so you can refer to it later. If the learners don't learn a particular
point, you'll know which lesson plan to change, which helps you learn from your own
mistakes. If your child is learning something really well you can find out how it really works.
As an intern, I need to prepare a lesson plan that is appropriate to my student's level, needs,
interests, teaching situation, and understanding of how best to learn, time, and current
resources. Truly lesson planning is very important in a teacher's life because it helps me/us
conduct lessons in an orderly manner and lets students know what they are going to learn and
