Please be informed that Single Line Flow Diagram of HCSD System-NTPC DWG. No. 9661-162-
PVM-L-005 has been approved by NTPC vide transmittal no 6184 dated 06.011.2013. However
following have been revised as per detail engineering.

1. Piping system has been revised as per approved HCSD silo layout.

2. 3 nos of missing pneumatic operated knife gate valves in ash conveying line have been
provided for unit no 1.

3. Pressure conveying pipe size over HCSD silo & position of Nucleonic type density
meter in HCSD system has been corrected as per final system design.

4. TDH of drain sump pump at HCSD silo area has been revised as per approved
calculation.

5. Discharge connection of drain sump pump at HCSD silo area has been revised as per
layout shown in approved calculation.
