RATIONALE

One challenge for individuals with disability is to make a successful transition from school to career. Learners with disability
are less likely to access work-based learning than those non-disabled peers. Career skills enable the learners to make decisions
about personal developmental activities that will provide them satisfaction and fulfillment in all aspects of life, present and future.
Career skills are not simply job placement but a pursuit of meaningful career that matches the learner’s goals, interests and
abilities.

TARGET LEARNING OUTCOMES

The learners are expected to gain knowledge, information and skills about their chosen career towards employment
readiness.

-Immersion makes employability high because of familiarity in the company
