Note to Supervisor: This talk must be tailored to suit local site procedures.

1. The local emergency number is CCR at EXT. 4444, or Radio

communication Motorola GP 338 at Channel 1.
Nomor telepon untuk keadaan darurat ke CCR adalah 4444 atau radio Channel 1
2. Fire Alarm –if local alarm sound, no action required.

3. Evacuation Alarm –it will informed by public address sound - all personnel
should evacuate and proceed to their fire assembly point. (Remember to
swipe out where required by local procedures).
Ketika suara tanda terjadinya kebakaran terdengar, semua personnel harus segera melakukan evakuasi ke
tempat berkumpul yang aman yang telah di tentukan – diantara area ESP U5 dan emergency genset
4. On evacuation supervisors will take roll call and advise fire controller.
Dalam proses evakuasi supervisor akan mengarahkan berkoordinasi dengan petugas evakuasi
5. SMALL FIRES CAUSE BIG FIRES.
Kebakaran kecil bisa menyebabkan kebakaran besar
6. The first action when discovering a fire must always be to raise the alarm -
get the professionals in.
Tindakan pertama ketika mengetahui kebakaran segera menghubungi CCR
7. Personnel should only attempt to extinguish a fire when it is safe to do so
and they have been trained to operate fire extinguishers.
Hanya personnel yang sudah terlatih menggunakan APAR untuk memadamkan kebakaran
