    Accidents & Emergencies

    • All accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences should be


    reported immediately to the supervisor or safety officer.
    • All major accidents shall be reported, by telephone to the emergency
    services & your Project Manager:

    • AMBULANCE/ POLICE 999


    • FIRE 997

    • Message to be given
    • Your name
    • Exact location (street, building name, lamp post number, etc)
    • Nature of accident/incident (ex. Fire, injury, vehicular collision,
    etc)
    • Wait for few minutes to receive return instructions from the
    emergency services.
    • Deploy a person to receive emergency services at a nearby
    prominent location.
    • Be aware of your site emergency procedures
