Reflection--

This day I think is going to be unique to the rest of the week, because this was the last Sankofa performance, which mena that from around 5:30-10:30 I really wasn’t
on my phone at all. I honestly wish I had more days like this, when I wasn’t worried about my phone or what was going on outside of what I was doing, but my
attention span is so small that I really need to be completely preoccupied for me to just forget about my phone like that. The reason I think wy my screen time is so
high is durings school and at home
