TASK A
Estimated online time: 12 hours and 30 minutes

TOTAL TIME SPENT ONLINE: 14 hours

TASK B

1. Did your time spent online differ from your estimate?

- Yes

2. Were you surprised by the difference?

- The disparity between my real time spent online and my estimation has taken
me by surprise.

3. Do you think the chart offers a true account of your online behavior?

-Yes, it provides an accurate representation of my online activities. Simply

because I am entertaining myself and am not aware that I am devoting a
significant amount of time to doing so.

4. Do you think you should change your online behavior? Give reasons to
explain your decision?

- Yes, I believe I should alter my online behavior because it is detrimental to my

health and because I have spent far too much time participating in social activities
rather than engaging in physical activities. It bothers me that I have spent far too
much time participating in social activities rather than getting the recommended
eight hours of sleep.

TASK C
Compare your complete chart with your group mates. What conclusion can you draw about
the online behavior of people your age?

- I came to the conclusion that we spent more time participating in social activities than in
physical activities and that we were disregarding our health.

TASK D
How long could you probably last without digital technology? Explain your response.
-The answer is, "I don't know," but living away from cities in a province away from the
modern world and spending time reminiscing about nature, keeping myself busy, and taking
pleasure in a tranquil life are the only ways I think I'll be able to achieve it. I'm not sure how
long it will take me, but it will probably be a month or two.

TASK E

APPENDIX A

When you look in a mirror, what do you see?

- I envision myself as a smart, hardworking woman who will go on to be a successful person

in the future.
