No, because unusually this is what I usually do.

For me No! this is because I loved what am I doing right now and those activities that I do
can relive my stress specially if am I watching kdrama and playing valorant.

I can see that we do some activities that we don’t have similarities. And also the time frame
for each of our activities they are not all the same because some of them are not using their
phone for 4 hours just to watch k drama .

For me 1 whole day or even a few days. I am a person that allow myself to detox for social
media this makes me grow and think more about myself.
