Qualify – In short, the staff in this section is assigned to check the guest’s
requirements if they have any discount vouchers or loyalty cards. They’re also the one
who talks about negotiating the room’s prices.
Quotes – the staff in this section is in charge to offer the guest the room type that fit
them whether they are a group, family, two people, or even solos.
Invite – staff is in-charge in of asking the guests if they want to continue or make the
reservation based on the offer.
Confirm – after all the offerings and the customer said yes, the staff is in-charge of
confirming everything discussed the room and price, by repeating the details to the
guest.
