DOSH Inspection Summary

The below item needs to comply and practice at Intretech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to ensure safety and
health. The item is:

1) Create Safety and Health Policy and communicate to all workers and staff.
2) Establish safety and health committee for work place
3) Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) to all activity
4) Prepare SOP for all activity and documented it for reference purpose
5) Provide training, instruction, information and supervision on safety and health to all workers
6) Provide necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all workers such as safety shoes.
7) Make sure all machine is guarding to prevent accident
8) Prepare first aid box at production area
9) No person can stay at factory area
10) Conduct initial noise monitoring inside production area
11) Conduct Chemical health Risk Assessment by certified person
12) Maintain good housekeeping
13) Notify to DOSH Johor Office if serious accident occurs immediately. Example death and serious
body injuries.
14) One machine needs to apply ownership transfer (Air receiver tank) when workplace registration
complete.
15) No major issue that we need to rectify. All item 1 to 14 need to be complete and prepare as
soon as possible.
