positive traits within Alex, having students in the classroom work near Alex during math time
in the library. Alex has shown positive interest in building connections with his peers this
year.
 Chief
Challenges
Challenges: Alex is experiencing difficulty regulating himself when he does not want to do
something, or if it appears too hard. This happens most often in math. He has experienced
some challenges in music and with the afternoons in general. Alex also has a lot of negative
 Proposed self-talk. We also discussed Alex’s eating at lunch time as well as his motivation to go
Solutions outside for recess as it gets colder outside.
