the role of a leader in an Islamic society?

Good Luck
Question No: 2 (a)
At any time we speak regarding Islam, we frequently listen distinguishing words characteristics:

• Deen

• Shari'ah

Sorry to say, but a small number of us be aware of the difference or accurate meanings of what the
word Deen and Shari'ah means. It is not merely the unqualified, but even sensibly knowledgeable
people as well as religious scholars who are at a loss to completely grasp the main characteristics
between these two concepts. It is because of every individual own ignorance that we frequently
confuse Deen and Shari'ah with each other.

If we concentrate, word Deen has a lot of meanings. Like sovereignty, influence, and lordship. The
other meaning of Deen is obedience, agreement, examination or slavery. There is some meaning of
Deen for punish bad actions or have rewards for good actions, for these have words like account,
judge, dispense. All these words originated in the Most Holy and Glorious Qur'an as stated by
Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala in verse 19 of Surah Al-Imran:

"The only (true) Din in the sight of Allah is (mankind's) total submission to none other than
Him.

If any person desires a Deen other than Islam, he or she is fake to his/her own nature, and fake to
Almighty Allah's spirit and Plan. Such a person cannot expect direction, for he or she has
intentionally renounced the direction from the wonderful Creator Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala Who
informs us extremely obviously in verse 33 of Surah At-Taubah:

"It is He who hath sent His messenger with direction and the Din of fact, to reason it to prevail
over all faith, even though the pagans may detest it."

Al-Deen refers to that division of divine direction which has been given similarly to all the prophets,
from Noah to the Prophet of Islam. This is the everlasting division of God’s direction. In this division
of guidance there has never been any modify in the past, nor will be there be any change in the
upcoming time or future. But in the additional part of great direction, known as the Shariah, we find
change creature made. Different Prophets have been given a different Shari’ah.

This distribution in the teachings means that God’s religion which has an everlasting message, has
been the same at all times. But when this message is almost applied to any given state of affairs, it
becomes a matter of Shariah. And in the topic of Shariah, the circumstances have to be in use into
deliberation. It is due to this understanding that we discover differences in dissimilar Shariah. For,
the situation keeps changing. No Shariah can be everlasting in its entirety. It will always remain a
subject of Jihad or put into effect of judgment with reasoning. In this exercise of Jihad the practices
of preceding prophets can serve up as examples for us.

Now here I will explain the meaning of word Shari'ah. The word Shari'ah means 'way' or 'path'. We
go into the Deen of Almighty when we believe Almighty Allah as our Sovereign, we believe to live
in examine only to Him Alone; and we believe that His dearly loved Nabee (PBUH) is the close of
the prophets and holds power on His behalf; and we believe that the Most Holy and Glorious Qur'an
was revealed to His adored Nabee Sallallahoo Alayhi Wasallam.
The ways in which we then have to serve Almighty Allah and the path we have to travel along in
order to obey our Glorious Creator and Sustainer is to follow the Sunnah and the Seerah of His
Beloved Nabee Sallallahoo Alayhi Wasallam is called the Shari'ah.

The rest of rituals and main beliefs specified to each prophet was Prophet-specific and is called
Sharia of that prophet. We can take an example of it, Adam pbuh had his own Sharia, and Ibrahim
pbuh had his own Sharia and so forth. Thus, Shari’ah is the method ready for an ummah or a prophet
who was sent with it Shari’ah of Nuh, Shari’ah of Ibrahim, Shari’ah of Musa, Shari’ah of 'Isa and
Shari’ah of Muhammad (s.a.w.) and faith is the great course and system which covers all nations so
Shari’ah is liable to abrogation but not religion in its wider sense. When people or community loses
Allah path then Allah almighty sent his messengers his prophets, for the guidance of people.

• The main dissimilarity then among Deen and Shari'ah is that as Deen always was, has
been, and still is one and the same; a lot of Shari’ah was exposed to the previous Ambiya
Alayhim Salaam before the advent of our Beloved Nabee Sallallahoo Alayhi Wasallam.
The Deen of Nabee Adam Alayhis Salaam was the very same as that of Nabee Nuh Alayhis
Salaam, Nabee Ebrahim Alayhis Salaam, Nabee Moosa Alayhis Salaam, Nabee Saleh
Alayhis Salaam, Nabee Dawood Alayhis Salaam, Nabee Sulaiman Alayhis Salaam, Nabee
Esa Alayhis Salaam and our Beloved Nabee Muhammad Sallallahoo Alayhi Wasallam, but
their Shari’ah diverse from each other to some degree.

So what we are familiar with in simple terms is that Deen is the ‘core of prophets’ belief’ which
remained unchanged from the start to the conclusion of the long chain of prophets. It can be summed
up as ‘whole way of life’. A life style which encompasses all in our life. However certain factors of
human life change from time to time and/or from place to place. And so was the holder in each
prophet’s life. Concerning such matters, Allah gave every prophet his own position of rituals and
main beliefs.
Although the core of the teachings or Deen of all the prophets was forever same and is called Islam,
they had their own Shari’ah. They had their own way of praying, paying Zaka’, their own categories
of Haram and Halal etc. When the last prophet Muhammad was sent, all other Shariah were
abrogated and only Shariah left was Mohammed’s Shari’ah as the Shariah then had been finalized.
We must understand that even if Shariah of different Prophets differs, it did not matter because Deen
or core of their teachings was one and unchanged.

There are many examples to understand these two aspects:

Here we take an example to understand this question. Above explain DEEN AND SHRIAH. Here we
will understand how these two are different or is both changed with time or not. So let’s start with
example. So, if there is an owner/ holder or he has many of his servants. All of them are his obedient
or his loved ones. And he has many servants .He teaches each one of them a particular way to serve
him. None of these servants ever called any other servant disobedient just because the other person
had a different way of serving his master. And of course they did not come up with their own way of
serving the owner, they were told by the owner how to serve him. What we see is that servants
actually supported the Deen of other servants.
Same is the example of Islam. Every Nabi has DEEN of Allah, that can’t be changed with the time.
Allah tells us in this ayat that Deen cannot changed by time to time, it will remain as it is. No one can do
changing in it.
Aaj Maine tumhare lye Tamara din mukammal kar diya aur Maine tm par apna ehsan pura kar diya
aur Maine tumhare waaste Islam hi ko Deen pasand kiya hay.
Al Quran, Surah Al-Maida(5),Aayat-3
Question No: 2 (b)

Be always thankful to Allah for the whole thing that you have counting your wealth, health, status,
intellectual abilities as well as existence. Our life is a continuous sequence of God’s offerings. A lot
of people, due to their viewpoint on life or their situation, are unsuccessful to observe that they are
getting God’s reward. Allah has completed it clear that we will not at all be able to count all of His
blessings upon us, since they are countless. This declaration is established somewhere else in the
Qur’an, emphasizing humanity’s lack of appreciation and heedlessness of God’s blessings.
ALLAH Almighty says: “And if you were to count God’s favors, you would not be able to
number them most surely God is forgiving, Merciful” (Quran 16:18)

We can justify it by taking an example. Let’s think the human being body. It is ready up of one
hundred trillion cells. Each one cell is an approval from God. But this does not indicate that there are
only one hundred trillion blessing has Allah almighty provided to us as a gift or reward. God’s
blessings obvious themselves within each one of those cells in countless ways. Furthermore, every
cell is uncovered to an immeasurable number of potential pressures, from viruses to growth to a
variety of malfunction, and God through His kindness protects the cells from all of these. For that
reason, we can not at all begin to count the blessings that God has given to us.
Still if we keep amused the thought that the blessings God bestows upon any one of us is some
limited number, that outline would not take into account all of the misfortunes that God withholds
from. We must come into view at ourselves and the way we act towards God’s blessings. Do we
make use of them in submission to His commands? Do we understand that God has an exactly
over us in the whole thing that He gives us?
If we are bless with prosperity, the poor have a right in it. If we are bless with health and strength,
the weak and the infirm have a right in it. If we are blessed with knowledge, then those who are in
want of information have a right in it. For every skill, that we are blessed with, those who are unable
have their part in it. We must include such kind of people in the blessing that Allah gave us. We must
take care of others, it will be a way of thank to Allah for all of blessing or reward of Allah.
We must admire God for empowering us to do that which others are unable of doing. Part of the
thanks we owe God is to give amazing of no matter what we are blessing with to those who cannot
do for themselves. We should keep in mind that every blessing we enjoy will unavoidably come to an
end.
There are approximately 7 billion general public that exist in within this world, yet the satire is that
we often feel extremely alone and far-away from other human beings. We have been broken in to
believe that all we require is Allah and nothing else. Up till now Allah gave us families, He blessed
us contacts, friends and He gave us contemporaries. There is a deeper understanding within these
associations or relations. Each one is education us amazing about ourselves and our place in the earth
and their reason within our lives.
Every one of us will at some point in our lives knowledge some type of adversity or pain that hurts
us. It is so, significant to discover the importance of serving others from an Islamic context. Helping
each other is a way to conquer grief that we may experience, and it can empower us in our adoration
to Allah.
It is one of the main beliefs of our trust to help our fellow human beings. We have compiled a list of acts that
you can do to help others. Some are understandable and others are often unnoticed, but of great significance
too.
In the Quran, Allah (swt) says: “Help one another in acts of piety and righteousness. And do not
assist each other in acts of sinfulness and transgression. And be aware of Allah. Verily, Allah is
severe in punishment” (Quran 5:2).
Daily routine examples:

It is vital to keep in mind that in our daily lives, we will meet many people and we are not for all
time conscious of what hurricane they may be going all the way through, the straightforward act of
being kind can sometimes be life-changing to someone. One of the ways this can be done is through
exchanging positive conversation or even simply smiling at someone.
So as a student I always try to be kind with my fellow mate, with my parents or everyone I have in
my life.

“O Aisha, Allah is gentle and He loves gentleness. He rewards for gentleness what is not
granted for harshness and He does not reward anything else like it.” (Muslim).

I try to meet people with kindness. Kindness is the one of important factor that we can do with
others. Without any charges or cost we can do kindness to anyone. For one kindness of us, we can
bring smile to face other.

Often times, people struggle and we are left wondering what the person is going through. If you just
ask, it will help you to help them sooner and give the person clarity when they speak about their issue
aloud. There is a wonderful story from the life of Abu Bakr (RA) who would visit a blind elderly
woman and take care of her chores and household duties. She was unware of who he was and he kept
his deeds private, as it was only discovered and relayed by another companion when he witnessed
this.

It is significant to take care of our surroundings and one of the ways to show our gratitude to
Allah is to contribute in maintenance clean the dunya we are blessed to reside in. By partiality up a
can or a piece of plastic from the ground, you could potentially protect someone from causing
damage to themselves during unfavorable weather circumstances. If Allah bless us with power or
bless with proper movement of our boy parts we should participate try to clean our environment.
As a student I always try to help my fellows or friends. If I have a information or more knowledge
about something that Allah give me as a blessing. I always try from that information or knowledge I
gave benefit my other class mates who has lack of knowledge regarding that field. Because Allah
bless me so that I can help to others who have lack in this factor. May b through my little help they
can achieve a big, that will led to them a high destination, it will b a way of shukar for that blessing
that Allah almighty blessed me.
It is very important that we look for forgiveness as a means of cleansing and a better chance of our
deeds being acknowledged. It is significant that we keep in mind that we must help out ourselves first
at the same time as helping others. When we regret, we are cleansed. Regret acts like a polish for the
heart, the same way we polish our cars, we know when we do this, we make it shinier than when it is
was left untouched.
Visiting the sick for the sake of Allah is a beloved act of worship to Him. We often forget the
vulnerable and distressed whilst in the pursuit of our daily endeavors. Take some time out and visit
an unwell family member, or a neighbor or someone whom you know may be sick and does not have
any one visiting them. Islam advocates that the rights of animals are honored. We know the example
of the prostitute who nourished the thirst of a dog and as a result, was given paradise as a reward. We
must never belittle the deeds we do; in the sight of Allah they could be significant.
When you make du’a for someone in confidential, Allah sends an angel to you whom reply “Ameen
and same to you”. If you help someone, Allah helps you. Supplicating for someone is a beautiful way
to aide your fellow believer.
Frequently times, people great effort and we are gone wondering what the person is going through. If you
simply ask about other what problems they have in their life, it will help you to help them earlier and give
the person clarity when they speak about their matter aloud. There is a magnificent story from the life of
Abu Bakr (RA) who would visit a blind elderly woman and take care of her chores and household duties.
She was unaware of who he was and he kept his deeds private, as it was only discovered and relayed by
another companion when he witnessed this.

“You will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another.
Shall I not tell you about something which, if you do it, you will love one another?
Spread salaam amongst yourselves.” (Muslim)

The Prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) also said, "We (Muslims) are the last (to come) but will
be the foremost on the Day of Resurrection." The narrators of this Hadith said: Allah said (to man),
'Spend (in charity), for then I will compensate you (generously).'" (Bukhari)

Question No: 3

Discuss the importance of a leader in an Islamic society? What type of leader, our
prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was? Do you think that the role of leader in current
society matches with the leader in Islamic society?

Leadership:
Leadership is a great quality of human nature every organization or group of people needs a good
leader in order to gain their desired success. Being Social each and every man has to lead his life
through a mutual relationship with others. He is completely unable to do something alone. So
necessity of cooperation is very important in the society and it’s only because of a leadership. Now a
day’s concept of leadership is very influential in political, social, financials ways.

Importance of Leadership in Islam:

Islam the only authentic revealed region of the world where for the human culture and society it
clearly discuss the idea, concept and nature of leadership. It is a religion that governs all the matters
related to leader ship. Leadership is an important subject that had been used to disseminate the
Islamic teaching or Dawah and as the most significant instrument for the realization of an ideal
society ethicist based on justice compassion. Both elements are interrelated and as main referencing
leadership.
Leaders must have to promote and enforce justice continuously as it is instructed in verse of Quran
below:

“Indeed Allah commands you to deliver the trusts to their [rightful] owners, and, when you
judge between people, to judge with fairness. Excellent indeed is what Allah advises you.
Indeed Allah is all-hearing, all-seeing.” (An-Nisa’ 4:58)
The main component of leadership consists of religion, moral and human sources. All the three
components are based on spirit of fear to God (Allah SWT). The history of Islamic leaders gives
inspirations to all leaders on how they successfully lead in multiple groups of people and many
territories. Leadership is about offering oneself and one’s spirit thus in Islam.

The leaders in Islam must deliver the mandate or Amana to who suppose receiving it and enforce the
law with justice. Both outcome of Amanaand justice are the most difficult duties of the leaders and
with that, the people can be governed proportionately and professionally. This is had been
highlighted in the verses of Al-Qur’an below:

“Indeed Allah commands you to deliver the trusts to their [rightful] owners, and, when you
judge between people, to judge with fairness. Excellent indeed is what Allah advises you.
Indeed Allah is all-hearing, all-seeing.” (An-Nisaa’ 4: 58)

Power of a leader in Islam:

A leader has power and authority. Both attributes are useful to influence the followers or people. A
good leaders who can manage the power accordingly and authority appropriately.Mentioned that
power is a resource which involves the ability to influence or control others, while authority can be
characterized as the right to wield power or to influence people. The ultimate power is possessed by
Allah Almighty, while the power of the leaders is for temporary moments which will end after
certain period. The power in Islam is useful in bringing prosperity for the Uma (society) and
protecting people from harm. As an example shown by the second caliphs of Islam; Umar bin
Khattab, although he has dominant power in some continents but Him always to take care each
individual and ensure that he/she receives an adequate food or decent place to live. The power makes
Umar bin Khattab more down to earth and humble person. The more power he has, the more lowly
he put himself in front of others or adherents. Everyone knows how strong he is, how tough he is and
how sturdy he is but he will use those superiorities only for the enemy of Islam and not for his
people.

Skills and Traits of Leadership:

Numerous researches of leadership emphasize on specific attributes. Those attributes can be used to
distinguish the effective and ineffective leaders. Therefore, some researchers focus on social and
historical relations and based on a relational and perceptual phenomenon as the important contexts in
leadership concept.Revealed the importance of traits and qualities of leaders in Islamic thoughts.
Most of the above qualities and traits used to help the leaders in attaining their objectives. The
qualities of the leaders in Islamic thoughts meant for nurturing healthy organizations and resulted the
followers become united and faithful. In fact, the history of successive Muslim states had been
adopted essential qualities of mercy, kindness, and justice. All the leaders’ qualities in Islam
dedicated to serve the adherent or followers, and this is an ibadah to gain pleasure (ridha) from
Allah. It is true that the leaders reflect the quality of their people. A qualified leader through
education may have decent quality to lead the followers.

Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) as a leader in Islam:

As we know for Muslims, no one has ever come closer to Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) in having
leadership distinctiveness and they consider Hazrat Muhammad as the greatest leader.A good leader
possesses a good leader possesses a model personality.
A leader should be renowned to be upright and honest in all his matters. A great leader should have
the aptitude to be a leader; he should have undying commitment to his vision.
Allah has said in holy Quran that:
“There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone
whose hope is in Allah and the last day and who remember Allah often”.
Below are some qualities of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as great leader:

Sincerity / Positive Attitude:

Sincerity is the part and preface of faith; a sincere individual has showed true belief in Allah, His
messenger and all his actions / deeds will be for the sake of delightfulness of Allah and His Rasool
(SAW). A sincere leader will never care for his own particular needs but his concentration will be
centered towards achieving the common goal of the public society and the organization/institute
itself.

Fairness:
The Holy Prophet’s (SAW) task was to institute an impartial and unprejudiced humanity. The tribal
leaders of Makah were influential hindrance in his mission. When the Holy Prophet (SAW)
communicated about impartiality, the influential merchants of Makah originated to enforce cruelty
on him and his Sahaba. All feebler segments of humanity had gathered roundthe Holy Prophet
(SAW).His strongest quality was righteousness. So He sketched them towards himself with
righteousness.

Truthfulness:

A leader ought to be truthful; his communication and demands should not be unpredictable and
outside the realities of life. He must think through the state of affairs adjoining him and his
communal as they essentially are.
Dependability:

Leaders are required to care about their co-workers in the moments of crisis and odds. Reliability and
trust on the leader is the key to success. He motivates the individuals to sacrifice everything for their
cause. They become ready to do anything because they rely their leaders. It is the most important
factor be acted upon by the administrators and manager’s .Sahaba of Holy Prophet (SAW) were
having indubitable faith and trust on their beloved leader. So, reliability is a key factor of
administrators’ achievement.

Highly Moralized:

The Prophet’s expressions of ethics are openly linked to his confidence and association with the
knowledge of the Divine. Reality and belief is vital to any kind of leadership. It is the primary
theme and plays a significant role in all varieties of leadership. Even after being appointed as a
Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) was known as Al Sadiq, Al Amin: the honest and truthful.

Commitment:

Commitment and solidarity are important components of loyalty. If we can take that specific feature
of the life of our Holy Prophet (SAW) and relate it to home and place of work, we will see that we
are endorsing abilities of visionary leadership.
Moderation:
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: as reported by Baihaqi: who make religions rigid and cruel and
make it difficult for others and go to extremes are reprimanded.”
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was narrated by Ibn Masood in Muslim:
“He told us to make things nice and relevant and not to make them hard and dangerous. Give
enthusiasm and willing words and don’t create abhorrence.”
Leadership involves modesty and humility towards Allah and His creature. A decent leader has
humility and sincerity towards Allah. Khulafa Rashideen were all different in their personal trait but
they dispensed the responsibilities with the individuals according to their abilities. The leader has to
be willing to take on the opinions and the guidance of persons around him. Followers have an
emotional impact upon the leader, his judgments, and inclusive surroundings just like a leader has an
emotional impact upon his followers.

Consideration to Subordinates:

Allah (SWT) has made each human in a different way with a special set of capabilities. A leader
compliment every person’s potentials and restrictions. The Sahaba of the Holy Prophet (SAW) were
exceptional having discrete talents that were identified and enhanced by Holy Prophet Hazrat
Muhammad (SAW) who assigned them responsibilities in the areas of their specific capacities.
Allocating duties to your juniors goes further than just getting the job done. If you assign
responsibilities to your team members instead of orders, your employees will respond to this by
working for you sincerely. Your guidelines need to be vibrant and convinced. A good leader’s duty
is not to place him/her above the law that he believes his subordinates to follow.
• Be positive, specific
• helpful and receptive
• Control your anger
• Do not embarrass/criticize your subordinates publically.

Motivation:

Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) used to motivate his Sahaba (R.A) to the extent that people even
sacrificed their lives to accomplish the mission provided by the last Prophet (SAW). Motivation
results from the collaboration of different aspects such as;
• Concentration of aspiration or requirement,
• Encouragement of the objective)
• Potentials of the individual and of his or her peers.

The Prophet (SAW) had only 23 years to establish a group who would preach and guide Islam in all
the remaining parts of the world. He prepared the finest work individuals. Based on person’s
discrete proficiency and tendency, he allotted them the roles like Kitabat-e-wahi, teaching,
administration, and diplomats. Likewise, under no circumstance He assessed anybody for significant
mistakes deputized his authorities at whatever time imaginable and lastly.

Training towards the people:

A leader must preserve the self-esteem of his followers by providing the guidance to enhance their
skills and abilities so that their wellbeing could be improved. A man of Ansari approached Him
(SAW) looking for some donations. The Prophet (SAW) questioned him if he had somewhat to sell.
He brought a piece of fabric and a woody vessel. The Prophet (SAW) asked the Sahaba to purchase.
This cost was two dirhams. The Prophet (SAW) suggested the man to purchase an axe with one
dirham and start cutting wood and sell. He visited the Prophet (SAW) when he had earned 10
dirhams.
Consolation decision-making:
Leadership is consultation as well. Rasul Allah (SAW) constantly asked for the opinions of the
people around him. It was important activity in institutional work. The determination of consolation
is to bond the hearts which realize the forgiveness of Allah. Allah (SWT) himself endorsed the
Prophet on consolation and smoothness in the words.

Awareness and Farsightedness of Matters”

The messenger (SAW) of Allah had an unmatched farsightedness. For instance, when He decided to
offer Umrah at the Holy Kaaba in Makah, in the 6th year after migrating to Medina, He set out for
journey to Medina with 1400 companions. Be that as it may, Muslims were kept away from
performing the Umrah by the Qureshi. Although the Qureshi tried to provoke a violent response that
could result in battle between Qureshi and the Prophet (SAW) and the pilgrims, but the Prophet
(SAW) was determined to negotiate. Although the companions of the Prophet were disheartened for
not being able to perform haj, Prophet (SAW) agreed to a set of terms apparently strict but could be
beneficial in the long run. This was the Truce of Hudaibiyah, declared by the Prophet (SAW) as a
victory.

Determination and Courage:

The life of the Holy Prophet (SAW) is filled with numerous examples of bravery and determination.
At the time of migration, when he was travelling to Medina with Abu Bakr (R.A), kuffars reached
outside the Cave Hira, the place for their hiding, he never scared and determined to have strong faith
in Allah.

Consistency:

Consistency is one of those attributes that everyone wants, but few people actually manage to gain.
As long as you set precise goals and restrictions, you’ll find that you’ll be more likely to be
consistent. A decent leader is enthusiastic, intelligent and brilliant. The good leader not only endures
high standards but is also defensive in cultivating the bar in order to comprehend dominance in all
extents.
Competence:

Those pursuing a career as an administrator must be familiar with a specific end and goal to endure
the insistence of others. Administrators should be capable to the extent that their capacity devices
the profound respect of admirers. It is narrated by Abdullah ibn e amer ibn al-aas that: The Prophet
Muhammad (SAW) said:
“Knowledge has three categories: anything else is extra: A precise verse, or an established
Sunnah, or a firm obligatory duty.”11

Integrity :
Leaders respect their assurances and capacities. Management attitude, the capability to familiarize,
inspire, comprehend and recreate dependency is not only dynamic to remarkable and collective well-
being; there are the energetic leadership skills of the new global ideas. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
said:
“There is none amongst the bondsmen who was entrusted with the affaire of his subjects and
he died in such a state that he was dishonest in his dealings with those over whom he ruled that
the paradise is forbidden for him by Almighty Allah.”

Role of leader in current Society Matches with the role of leader in an Islamic Society:

No I think the role of leader doesn’t matches Society with role of leader In Islam.there are number of
things which are to be missed in today’s leadership. In Islamic leadership it gives great approach and
positive impacers to the leaders of today’s generation. It is revealed that the Islamic leadership
concept is way superiors the other leadership. Because current leadership purpose is related to future
purposed while Islamic leadership is related to hereafter.
Islamic leadership emphasizing on establishing trust and delivering Amanawhich made the people
adherents can supports the leaders to create conductive and sustainable environment. Today’s
leadership is justcaringresponsibilitiesnothonor while Islamic leadership has number of qualities
which makes the leadership best its own way. Leadership tasks are always successful when these are
depends on the relationship of the leaders with men and their God. Men or people will help leaders of
they are sincerely guide and lead to the barement while God will always guide the leaders in their
leadership based on their good intentions (niyyah) and obedience to Islamic law and shariah.
Islam also concern on the power and authority of the leadership. Both attributes must be used
accordingly which gives us many benefits to the society.
