Description:
Waiters, 9 temp/FT jobs, 4/1/20-10/20/20, Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation, Medora, ND. May work
at various locations in Medora, ND. Take orders from hotel patrons, serve food and beverages. Collect
payment from customer. Remove dishes from tables, clean tables, and prep for meals. Maintain clean eating
area. Must become familiar with menu items, follow serving etiquette and food handling instructions. 3 mo
exp, employment reference, lift 25 lbs. 40+ hrs/wk, M-Sun, 7a-10p, workdays and hours vary. Must be
willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. $9.46/hr, $14.19/hr OT, paid bi-weekly. Optional
housing provided, $40-$65/wk rent deducted. Optional meals from cafeteria provided, $6/meal deducted.
Shuttle fees for optional trips to shopping centers deducted. Fees for optional activities, ie. bowling, movies,

Single workweek used as standard for computing wages due. Paid bi-weekly.

Employer will make all deductions required by law.

If worker lives outside of normal commuting distance, employer will reimburse transportation/subsistence to
the worksite once the worker completes 50% of the work contract. Return transportation/subsistence will be
paid once the worker completes the entire contract period or if dismissed early. Subsistence will be
$12.46/day, max of $55 (receipts required).

Employer will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and
other related fees, including those mandated by the government.

Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties provided at no charge.

At a minimum, both domestic and foreign workers will earn the prevailing hourly wage; however, the
employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the required minimum
wage rate or offer a bonus based on work performance.

Employer may charge the worker for reasonable costs related to the workers refusal or negligent failure to
return any property furnished by the employer or due to such workers willful damage or destruction of such
property.

Deductions may be taken per employees request.
