Nowadays companies are found in a changing point to face the “new
reality” that is going on.Control of uncertainty, teamwork and equity are
just some of the topics that have to be relevant in this current
leadership.Social distancing can be a great challenge since remote
leadership has not been fully structured for companies and people, also
sometimes having to consider other psychological and laboral
factors.In this new global context leaders need to be people with
remarkable emotional skills to work for objectives and allow groups to
be developed under this scheme.As we all know working environment
evolves as new generations are integrated and according to the
priorities of new generations and according to the priorities of the new
generations, these now lead the well-being factor. Well-being within the
work environment can generate immediate productivity benefits,
develop greater resilience among employees, and increase
organizational performance achieving a balance within personal and
professional life. For this reason, companies must be aligned with their
ideals and values, prioritizing equity, ethics and social responsibility.

Proposal:

Our work team focused in a “Smart Leadership”.


If a leader know how to guide his team properly, we know that he/she
would have a positive impact in results. For that, we realized a
leadership model for specific competencies and friendly measurable
system that facilitate the employees to work in their abilities and
professional development in the company.
Our system will focus in the develop of specific competencies that are
necessary accordingly to the company to obtain a complete “Smart
Leader”.The benefit of the system is that we will be able to visualize
both personal and team progress in a leader, and possible future
leaders through an obtained score from the different levels of the
“development plan” that will be manage in a company.
