1.0 Introduction:

Bazm-e-Paigham is a society for the talented students of schools, with the motto “Be
Good, Spread Goodness”, working under the umbrella of “Islamic Society for
Children Hobbies”. It has more than 6,000 members in Islamabad. Bazm-e- Paigham
islamabad constitutes 11 Zones which in turn comprises 31 units. It arranges different
weekly & monthly programs, training camps, picnic tours, and competitions etc. for
the children.

Bazm-e-Paigham Islamabad has decided to launch the “Talent Hunt Campaign 2016”,
for the talented students of school to provide them a platform to show the hidden
potential and to encourage them through recognizing their talent.

2.0 Objectives of Project:

 To recognize the talent of students and project it in a right way.

 To polish the learning abilities of children.

 To eradicate social evils from the children and strive for the national unity and
character.

 To promote positive activities in children.

 To develop life skills in the students and make them true believers.

 To train and groom the students according to teachings of Islam.

  To expand and strengthen the network of students to spread goodness.

3.0 Contents of Program:

Talent Hunt Program will include following Events:

I) Competitions:

1) MCQ type test for Science Subjects.

2)Bazm e Adab

1) Husn-e-Qira’at 2) Husn-e-naat 3) Speech 4) Poetry 5) Quiz

3)Sports
1) Running 2) Cycle Racing
3) Badminton 4) Get the Hankie

II)Talent Award Show

4.0 Implementation Strategy:

The following steps will be taken while implementation of the project:

 Arrangement of resource persons and judges for every competition. Finalization of

the details of events.

 Training event management.

 Conduction of MCQ type test and Competitions for Bazm-e-Adab and sports at
every school to hunt the talent, categorize the students and selection of 500 overall
outstanding students.

 Talent Award show to reward the talented students.

 Project completion reports for donor
