INTRODUCTION
We are pleased to submit our proposal to help TARUC PAHANG BRANCH in organizing an
event to raise funds for a charity and while also encouraging people to live a healthy lifestyle.
Background
We understand that the Taruc Management intends to contribute to charitable activities. Based
on this situation, we would like to represent TARUC PAHANG BRANCH to organize an event
named CHARITY FUN RUN for fundraise purposes. All of the funds will be donated to the
orphanages,nursing homes and this event also promotes a healthy lifestyle for people. We are
happy to notify you, however, that we have the ability to spread the word about his idea to a
large audience.
Plan
To raise money for orphanages, nursing homes by running and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
a) Target Audience
It will be targeted to college students and who are interested in this charity fun run. It takes on a
social aspect as well as serious. This charity fun run also can let the people know about the
importance of health. This event is a great way to raise money for such an important charity and
has the potential for the community to get together and help orphanages, nursing homes.

b) Tagline
We assume that " Whatever Donated Is For A Great Cause" is the most suitable tagline for our
charity run . We are hopeful that this tagline will be effective to attract participant attention and
thus make them responsive to our campaign. This tagline will be noticeably highlighted in
multimedia advertisements.
c.) Method
In order to tell the public about the charity run. We are going to advertise the charity run
information at The newspapers, TARC official website and Instagram and Facebook page.So
that the people can be aware of our event We will provide the information on the charity run, as
well as a participation form. Furthermore, we use the TARC website and Facebook page to
publicize the charity run. This is because it is more convenient for those who participate in the
run. Additionally, we can contact the participants through these social networking sites a few
weeks before the event to begin creating excitement.

Staffing
Our project leader, Mr Choo Chun Yin, will lead this campaign. Mr Choo has been active in
charitable projects for over three years and specializes in the planning of various innovative and
efficient advertising strategies. Prior to joining us, he created campaigns for a number of well-
known organizations. Working alongside him is a three-person team of devoted professionals
with extensive expertise in this field.
