A COURSE OUTLINE

This course provides students with knowledge and application on how to plan, manage and
develop a sport project. It examines knowledge as powerful tools that will improve
organization’s ability to plan, organize, implement, and control its activities and the ways it
uses its people and resources. An important part of all sport projects is teamwork involved
among participants. Opportunities to develop and improve the understanding of enhanced
project team performance will be included.

B OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course, students will be able to;


 Outline the use of knowledge to general issues of sport project management.
 Describe specific skills in planning and scheduling of a sport project.
 Apply the theoretical principles in controlling and evaluating a sport project.
 Organize as how people work as in team members and as individuals in realizing
a sport project.
