A COURSE OUTLINE
This course provides students with knowledge and application on how to plan, manage and
develop a sport project. It examines knowledge as powerful tools that will improve
organization’s ability to plan, organize, implement, and control its activities and the ways it
uses its people and resources. An important part of all sport projects is teamwork involved
among participants. Opportunities to develop and improve the understanding of enhanced
project team performance will be included.
