recommendations, a three-day food journal to collect data and entering and analysing the data

Instructions to athletes
The athlete need to write down all the foods that he/she consumed in 1 day. The athlete need
to write down the ingredients of the foods, the place, the time and the amount of the size

foods consumed(– table spoon, scoop, tea spoon; plate/bowl – small, medium, large;
cup/glass/mug). The athlete need to write down all the time they have foods eg: breakfast,
lunch, tea time, dinner ,supper (including the water mineral too.).
Example :The athlete have a sandwich as breakfast on 7am. Sandwich ingredients are eggs,
