— P.S. We celebrated our fiesta yesterday that is why we have that kind
of viand. I’m just being honest.
Lesson 3.3 Processing questions:

1. What did you discover about the foods you eat? Were you able to follow most
of the nutritional guidelines and recommended food groups listed in Pinggang
Pinoy?
 Well, what I discovered about the foods I eat yesterday, it was not
healthy for me. I wasn’t able to follow most of the nutritional guidelines
and recommended food groups listed in Pinggang Pinoy since we have
occasions yesterday.

2. Where do you usually eat your meals? How can it affect the type of food or
beverage that you consume?
 Well, considering the weather today, I must say that I eat regularly and
I drink water to stay dehydrated because of too much temperature that
I’ve felt from the sun.

3. What are some of the things that you need to maintain or adjust in your eating
habits?
 Some of the things that I need to maintain in my eating habits was that
to never forget drinking water to stay dehydrated and the one that I
want to adjust in my eating habits was to minimize myself from eating
sweet foods.
