I will consume 1 cup serving (quantity/amount in cup/s, piece/s, etc.) of vegetables (food item) in a meal for 4
consecutive days. I will consume 1 glass (quantity/amount in cup/s, piece/s, etc.) of milk (food item) in a meal
for 4 consecutive days. I will consume 1 glass (quantity/amount in cup/s, piece/s, etc.) of water (food item) in a
meal for 4 consecutive days. Moreover, I want to reduce sugary foods like soda drinks in my meals.

Was it easy / difficult for you to achieve your dietary goal? Expound your answer.

It was just a bit difficult at first to the point that I could not consume any beverages like milk tea and soft
drinks, but I got used to drinking more water and milk. Hence, it was successfully achieved according to what I
wrote in my dietary goal plan. My chosen foods were not difficult to acquire since all the ingredients were
available at the market and they are healthy foods. With the help of my mother, she usually cooks and prepares
different foods. My mother cooks delicious foods, and the foods that were cooked and prepared made me enjoy
eating them.
