- A happy and at the same time fulfilled feeling because after a long time I have been craving
for breakfast this camote que, finally here it is, a craving satisfied moment.

Quantity of food Intake: 2 slices of bread with lettuce and cucumber & 1 glass of purified water.

- I have no appetite to have a heavy meal (rice) so that my mother gave me this vegetable
sandwich.

If yes, what were the reasons for the successful implementation?
- Yes, I am able to implement my chosen healthy eating principles including
focus on vegetables & fruits and cut back on added sugar & drink more
water. Since these foods are my intended request to my mother for four (4)
consecutive days, and at some point when no one is around, I am the one
who cook for me to be able to choose my own dish that is aligned on my
eating principles. Lastly, I am beyond grateful because through this activity
I figured out that I can change my eating habits into healthy one.
