Date: January 18, 2023 (Wednesday)
Quantity of food Intake: ½ cup of rice, 1 bowl of vegetable soup (dining-ding), 1 pc of fried bangus,
& 1 glass of purified water.
- I am delighted since my requested dish for lunch on this day is prepared by my mother.
Quantity of food Intake: 15 pcs of camote que & 1 glass of purified water.
- A happy and at the same time fulfilled feeling because after a long time I have been craving
for breakfast this camote que, finally here it is, a craving satisfied moment.
Quantity of food Intake: 2 pcs of tortang talong, 1 pc of fried chicken, 1 cup of garlic rice, & 1 glass
of purified water.
- I am blessed and grateful since I am the one who prepared for this for my whole family.
Quantity of food Intake: 2 slices of bread with lettuce and cucumber & 1 glass of purified water.
- I have no appetite to have a heavy meal (rice) so that my mother gave me this vegetable
sandwich.
