Was it easy / difficult for you to achieve your dietary goal? Expound your answer.
Despite knowing the benefits of eating veggies for my body, I never liked the taste of them
growing up and only ate them when I felt like it. Since I also prefer colorful drinks over water, I
don't drink it very often. As an adult, though, I always feel dry, unwell, and exhausted due to
my poor dietary intentions. I first found it difficult to pursue them since I already had poor
habits in my lifestyle, but I eventually did. I really pushed myself to consume 8 glasses of
water each day and to increase my intake of vegetables after learning about the long-term
benefits it would have for me. Overall, achieving my nutritional objectives was not
straightforward at first, but because of my unwavering commitment to becoming healthier, it
became a simple chore.
