MEAL TIMING MENU Make sure to get your Hba1c test done before starting our medicine
EARLY MORNING Soaked overnight half tsp fenugreek seeds (methi ) in a glass of water and Do regular charting of your blood sugar level and decrease the insulin units if sugar level drops
Always carry sweet for use in emergency when blood sugar level is decrease
6:00-6:30AM in the early morning drink water and eat seeds
Avoid fried foods, junk foods and also eat too much fat
BREAKFAST 1-2 stuffed chapatti (lauki, onion, carrot, radish, spinach, fenugreek leaves) Eat fruits only apple, papaya, pear, kiwi, jamun, guava, musambi one fruit in a day
7:30-9:00AM 1 cup milk Avoid potato, sweet potato and taro root(arbi)
1-2 boiled egg white Use multigrain flour replace to wheat flour
MID MORNING 1 bowl fruits (apple, papaya, oranges, kiwi, pear, guava, jamun) 4-5 soaked Do exercise/ yoga properly
10:30-11:00AM almonds and 1soaked walnut Eat boiled or grilled chicken/ fish twice in a month
Have low fat milk/ tonned milk
LUNCH 2-3 chapatti Avoid adding salt in fruit and salads
12:30-2:00PM 1 bowl green vegetable
1 glass fresh buttermilk
1 plate salad
MID EVENING 4:00- 2-3 brown bread toast
5:00PM 1 glass vegetable soup
DINNER 2-3 chapatti
7:00-8:30PM 1 bowl dal
1 plate salad
BED TIME 1 glass low fat milk
