Personal Analysis:

The exercise that I chose were the ones that I am familiar with and what I was doing
before. For the physical assessment, my legs were already aching due to the
butterfly stretch flexibility exercise. Moreover, the muscles on my stomach also start
to throb due to the crunches and the plank. But for the glute bridge and squats, I did
not feel that much pain because it was part of my workout before. However, after the
whole activity, I observed that my mood went well regardless of the body aches.
Indeed, doing exercise have benefits for your mental and emotional health.
