Meal Breakfast Lunch Dinner

Day 2 sliced bread. boiled egg. with pinakbet.

2 pieces of hot dog 1 cup of rice and and 1 cup of rice and
Day 3 and 1 cup of rice malunggay soup. garlic butter shrimp.

1 piece of an apple 1 cup of rice and Grilled chicken and 1

Day 30
In the process of making my dietary plan, I have got to
realize that in order to fulfill and follow the said dietary
plan of mine. I want to make it more like just me. I just
looked for the foods/dishes that I am fond to consume or
eat with but at the same time health friendly because I
believe if you're in love on what you're eating it will
surely going to be a smooth sailing process which it can
somehow makes it easier to follow your dietary plan.
