REFLECTION QUESTIONS:

1. How was the experience of monitoring your meals for you?

It’s not a new experience for me, since I started to monitor my eating habits and
workout routines, it was something the doctor told me to do so. Monitoring my meals
allows me to be conscious of my food consumption. In that way at least I can be able
to know how much or how less I’ve eaten in a day.

2. What are your realizations based on the results of the activity?

Be mindful of your consumption and what you eat, it is important to monitor our food
intake to remind ourselves that we’re either eating too much meat, or less meat, or
too much junk foods.

3. What concrete steps can you undertake to improve your eating habits for your well-
balanced growth? Identify at least two (2) and support your answer.
1. Choose fruits when craving for a snack. Usually when I would want a snack I
would immediately go to the store and buy some chips, always. It’s a very unhealthy
habit, so I diverted to fruits, and if we don’t have any fruits, I would just try to make
myself full with water or I drink coffee or tea.

2. Monitor my food intake. It’s important, and it will help me be mindful of what I eat
and how much I eat.
