The job profile includes proliferation and branding of organization culture, Campaign
management, activation of ideas, syncing up with external media and consultancies, build and
showcase best practices in various National/ International HR forums.
Creation of HR strategy and campaign along with ideation on process improvements,
maintaining alumni relations, content management of various portals etc.
The incumbent will be responsible for actionizing people strategy based on levers like associate
engagement survey and project managing the execution pan org.
Support new projects by providing specific and timely information to enable the organization to
engage its stakeholders and bring about the desired change in an effective manner.
Storyboard or translate ideas like award shows and events for execution to the creative team and
prepare success stories ready to be communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with the internal communication and Branding team activities / events at all
levels to enhance the engagement.
Improve employer brand engagement on external and internal forums
Ensure internal and external communications messages are consistent across all platforms and
are aligned to the overall brand positioning and philosophy
