Technologies Acquisition

On 30 September 2014, Sulzer completed the acquisition of Advanced Separation Company (ASCOM)
B.V., located in Arnhem, The Netherlands. This acquisition expands the offering of the division Sulzer
Chemtech / Separation Technology for gas-liquid and liquid-liquid separation technologies and positions it
as a major player in the market.
