(1) TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

SPC Make Electrical Panels are housed in 2.0/1.6mm standard sheet steel enclosure, fixed
Type, Single front compartmentalized, totally enclosed, free standing, Floor/ Wall mounted
type, dust and vermin Proof, duly wired up and ready for installation at site. The Bus bars
will be electrolytic grade Copper / Aluminium duly sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves.

We have fully automatic 9-tank process for metal treatment which consists of Solvent/
Alkaline Degreasing, Rinsing, De-rusting, Phosphating and Passivation. The treatment is
followed by Powder-coated paint of approved shade.

Our Power cum MCC has been successfully partially type tested for short circuit strength of
100kA, 1sec. for 6300A and bus ducts for 50kA, 1sec. on 5400A Bus bars.

i) Our prices are as per the BOQ enclosed. Any change in specifications, rating and
feeder quantity will attract price revision (if any)
ii) Enclosure sheet thickness will be 1.6mm for non-stress members and 2.0mm for all
stress bearing members, unless specified otherwise.
iii) Panels will be painted with Powder coating.
iv) Cable lugs/glands will not be in scope of our supply.

(3) Following Routine Tests will be carried out in our plant:

i) Check of Bill of Materials as per approved drawing

ii) Visual and Dimensional Check.

iii) Functional Check.
iv) HV/Megger test as per relevant IS.

(4) Commissioning:

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Testing and Supervision of Commissioning will

be done by SPC Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. Representatives. Erection will not be in SPC Electrotech
Scope.
