Position: Human Resource Assistance Clerk

Duties/ Responsiblies:
 Accepted incoming calls coming into the Human Resources Office and rerouting
them to the appropriate persons and take messages where necessary and disseminating
to the appropriate person.
 Maintained a par of all Human Resources related documentation and ensure that team
members receive the correct documentation or form eg. Health Insurance forms
 Support the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, shortlisting and pre-screen
of applicants, coordinating interviews, ensuring that all paper work is filled out and
submitted, preparing new employee files and administering employee handbooks.
 Assembled materials for orientation sessions for all new hires and assist in the
conducting of orientation.
 Requested payroll numbers from the Payroll Manager for new employees and
ensuring that they are added to the Biometric system.

 Managed locker assignment and conduct audits periodically.
