Duties/ Responsiblies:
Accepted incoming calls coming into the Human Resources Office and rerouting
them to the appropriate persons and take messages where necessary and disseminating
to the appropriate person.
Maintained a par of all Human Resources related documentation and ensure that team
members receive the correct documentation or form eg. Health Insurance forms
Support the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, shortlisting and pre-screen
of applicants, coordinating interviews, ensuring that all paper work is filled out and
submitted, preparing new employee files and administering employee handbooks.
Assembled materials for orientation sessions for all new hires and assist in the
conducting of orientation.
Requested payroll numbers from the Payroll Manager for new employees and
ensuring that they are added to the Biometric system.
Prepared payroll information sheet for new employees.
Managed locker assignment and conduct audits periodically.
Prepared nametags and distribute lanyards to new and current employees.
Conducted background checks on all new hires.
Assisted with the distribution of uniforms, name tags and lanyards.
Assist in ensuring the maintenance of Human Resources records, correspondences
and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and proper data storage and maintenance.
