System will let you do so. It’s gives its users 24/7 global advantages with its multi-
language, multi-currency management capabilities. It also provides a platform for
web-services integration to applications a hotel manager needs at its fingertips –
current reservation and availability, housekeeping information, storage unit
information and, restaurant, POS and spa or any other business units in the hotel.

Annual Maintenance Service (AMS)fees is 15% of total software

cost.
Annual Maintenance Charges (15%) (Optional)

2. Government policy changes in holidays allocation and salary rules
3. Wrong data entry by client
4. Fields changes in reports
5. Customize module version upgrade
6. Damage cause of infrastructure failure (At the meantime, reinstall all of the
software component due to lasted backup files)
Issue Raising and Fixing Procedure
• As requested by the Client during the term of Maintenance Agreement, we will
perform system monitoring, problem diagnosis, reconfiguration and tuning and
resolution for covered software as well as interfacing on production issues.
• All support incidents will result in either an answer to your question, a solution to
your problem, or an issue filed to our system.
• Direct telephone or support@ibizmyanmar.com access to our support technicians
during business hours. Dedicated Viber groups for non-business hours.
• Guaranteed within 4 hours on working day and one day on holidays to initiate
solution.
• Support via Remote Login (SSH/VPN) or onsite according to issue priority by our
technicians for troubleshooting and support.
Total 3,900,000 MMK
AMS does not cover the damage done to the system caused by the cases listed in
warranty period. In the imminence of software failure or the system is damaged
beyond repair by normal methods, the additional cost will be calculated based on
the severity of system’s destruction

Terms and Conditions
1. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of submission.

2. 50% payment upon confirmation for implementation and services.
3. 30% payment after requirement gathering.
4. 20% payment after UAT and Training.
5. Warranty period is 3 months from software start using date after UAT.
The following cases will not be covered by the warranty period.
• User’s errors
• Virus & hardware failure caused by electricity shortage (hardware
warranty not included)
• Damage caused by nature disasters
• Errors caused other software
The warranty only covers the process flow and operation procedure of the
systems and modules developed by the service provider. The information &
data lost due to all the cases listed above will be excluded. The recovery
percentage of data will be based on the damage done to the system software or
hardware.
6. Training and User Manual will be provided as complimentary and
Training will be provided for (5) days period.
7. Additional Branches & Additional module will be charged accordingly
based on scope of customization.
8. Additional customization and Reports after 3 months’ warranty period
Will be charged per man day effort. Accommodation and Transportation need
to be provided by the customer for outside of Yangon.
