MODEL IP-100
Safely hot tap into and pressurized system without shutdown with Furmanite/IPSCO Hot Tap Equipment. The
model IP-100 Hot Tap Machine is capable of making hot taps in sizes from 3/4" - 4" (19 mm to 100 mm) into a
variety of pipe and vessel materials. The IP-100 machine is hand fed for optimal control of the cutting depth and
can be manually operated or powered by an optional air or electric motor. Furmanite/IPSCO hot tap equipment has a
variety of solid drill bits, hole saws, and valve flange adapters available to suit your piping size and pressure class
requirements. The Model IP-100 comes enclosed in a rugged case for long lasting storage protection and convenient
transportation. All Furmanite/IPSCO Hot tap equipment has been field tested by our own service crews for over 60
years and are designed with the rigors and demand of field use and operator safety in mind.
