DETERMINATION OF VITAMIN C ( ASCORBIC ACID )

Information on preparation of sample :

Weight of pineapple being used = 298.18 g

Final volume of homogenous slurry (sample + 6% HPO3) = 500 ml

Aliquot of homogenous slurry used for dilution to 100ml with 3% HPO3 = 30 ml

Volume of filtrate of supernatant used for titration = 10 ml
