connections and joints. The pump can now be pulled out of the rubber supports. We suggest,
to mark the connections and joints prior to the removal, in order not to get them mixed-up
during assembly. In order to remove the Pressure tube (6), an open-end wrench, 12 mm wide,
is necessary, for the Air valve (57) of the pump use a wrench 17 mm wide.
3. Container box complete (5): Remove Cover plate (3), Back wall (20) and Pump (7). Now
pull-off Tube connections (8/9/10/26).

5. Boiler (25): To make it easier to disassemble or assemble the boiler it is advisable to remove
Cover plate (3), Back wall (20), Container box (5) and Housing front part (41). After this
operation, pull-off Cap (16) from Control knob (12), loosen and remove Screw (15) and
pull-off Control knob (12). Pull-off or unscrew from boiler tube connections and joints. With
a socket wrench (8 mm wide) loosen four Nuts (31) and remove boiler out of Housing (30) in
an upward direction. It is advisable to mark the connections and joints prior to the removal, in
order not to get them mixed-up during assembly.
6. Base plate (33): Pull-off four Fixing washers (32) and remove Base plate from Housing (30).
The four “domes” in the base plate must not be damaged during the disassembly operation. If
this is the case, a new base plate and new fixing washers must be used.
8. Thermostats (53): when parts are replaced, the location of the Overheating protection device
must not be changed, also see page 10.
9. Steam pipe (55): In order to replace the steam pipe, an open-end wrench of 15 mm width is
required.
In general, all parts located inside the product are easily accessible, after Cover plate (3), Back
wall (20) and Housing front part (41) have been removed from the product.
Assembly
In general, the assembly operation follows the reversed sequence, however the following points
must be observed:
- After the repair has been completed. no leakage must occur in any place.
- The wiring has to be checked prior to the assembly of the housing parts. The connecting wires
must not be damaged or pinched in anyplace. The protective conductor (earthing) must be
properly connected to all points required.
