1O COMMON QUESTIONS DURING AN INTERVIEW

1. What is your name?

-Hi, my name is Roan Van Tuc. I’m from Nam Dinh . I am 21 years old. I am currently in Hanoi city
2. Tell me about your educational background.
-I’m a fourth – year student of Electronics and Telecomunication at Ha Noi University science and
technology. My major is Telecomnication, and it is very interesting to study. I will graduate in the middle
of next year
3. What did you learn at university
-At my university, I learned many skills such as Software, and hardware design skills, teamwork skill,
presentation skills, .. I think these skills are very good to help me in my future job.
4. What did fresher academy provide you
-The fresher academy provided me many wonderful things such as Leadship, creative, Communicating in
English, Build good relationship, ..
5. Did you have any experience or projects? Tell me about it
-I have 2 small projects while studying at university. The first project is to build a library management
software using C++ language. The software allows librarians to control the number of books borrowed
and returned easily.
-The second project is designing an electronic circuit for real time clock using MSP430 . That can display
real time and can timer to alarm.
6. If you have done any project, which position did you assume?
-In these 2 projects, I worked as a software designer and circuit designer
7. What is your long-term goals?
-My goal in the next 5 years is to improve my English to reach the ability to communicate fluently as like
a native and achieve a PM position while working at a software company
-My goal in the next 10 years is that I will have my own company established and run by me
8. How can you reach your goals? Tell me about the process.
-In order to achieve the above goals, I have made a plan for myself to practice English anytime and
anywhere when I have the opportunity.
-I also practice coding skills to have good expertise in the field I'm studying.
-I read many books, especially business books, psychology books, and programming language books.
9. Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
-My strength is creativity, multi-tasking, organized,sociability, speak in public.
-My weakness is that I'm a perfectionist, so sometimes it takes unnecessary time
10. What do you usually do in your free time?
-What I love to do in my free time is reading books, listening to music. I occasionally play billiards with
my friends on the weekends.
11. The most important!
-What I feel most proud of myself is to be optimistic no matter what happens and calmly solve the
problem.
