02) OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM

A)  To create alternative working fields and self-employment situation in the rural area through providing
Skill Development Training.

B)  To prepare the mid-leveled youths, especially the young educated women and girls, for the forth-coming
data-entry firm in the country.

C)   To make the technical and modern technology based training easier for the mid-leveled educated girls
and women of the rural area.

D)   To make available the teachers of Computer Science for the High Schools of that area through taking
initiatives for the Teachers Training Program.

E)    To promote the technological awareness in the common people of the rural areas in our        country.

03) STRATEGY OF THE PROGRAM.

A)  Tailoring and Handicrafts along with the embroidery related training will be mobile in the proposed area.

B)   A Computer training center will be established in the field area.

C)   After the training program, the training center will be opened for income generating activities, for
making dresses and data-entry activities.

04) DURATION OF THE PROGRAM.

This program will be started from January, 2015 and will be finished for the first session at the end of
December, 2017.

05) MODE OF ACTIVITIES.

A)   To setup a permanent training center for the proposed program in the village xxxx of xxxx Thana.

B)   For the tailoring, handicrafts and embroidery training the organization will setup temporary training
centers in the area as per requirements.

C)   Arrange computer-training program for the staffs of the existing offices in that area to provide modern
training facilities on computer.

Note:
Detailed Budgets are attached herewith in Annexure-01 to Annexure-06. For the portion of the Budget,
Salary Sheet, yyyy wants the estimated fund (Annexure-06) for the first three months' period only. From
 next session our organization will be able to bear all costs and expand its programs from its own income.
The accounts of the probable income from this program and balance have been shown in Annexure-07
and Annexure-09.

10) PLANNING SHEET FOR THE PROGRAM.

       Tailoring and Embroidery programs will be divided into two sides: a) Stationed and b) Mobile.

       Ten (10) computers will be stationed in the head office of the organization for the training program.
Short courses and long courses will be performed here for commercial basis.

       Every year, this organization (yyyy) will expand its program area with its own income.

11) TARGETS & OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

1.   To lessen the gap of qualities and existing realities in educational sector between the urban and rural
areas.

2.    To make the technical and modern technology based education and training easier for the students of
rural area, especially for the girls and women.

3.    To promote the technological awareness in the common people of rural area in our country through
proper guidance.

4.     To
make the rural people well equipped with modern technological education for the field of
competition of searching jobs.

5.  To accelerate the private business sector based on modern technology like data-entry firm, assembling
firm, TV-Radio-Cassette player servicing center, etc. along with various small farming and small cottage
industries.

6.   To find out an educational model for socio-economic development of rural areas, not only for our
country,  but also for the third world countries like us.

7.    To carry out thorough researches to identify the weaknesses of our education system and eliminate
them.

8.    To integrate the rural youths in the field of socio-economic development of the rural areas.

9.    To identify the problems and prospect of education in rural areas.

10.  To find out the ways of rural socio-economic development.

11.  To encourage cultural activities in the rural area.

12.  To provide training and guidance to develop the skills in modern technology.

 12)   MODE OF ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT

The target of yyyy is to work as a mobile and dynamic center in rural areas of our country. It will provide
its training and motivation programs in selected rural areas with comparatively a small working team.
The modes of activities of YYYY are as below:

1)  It sets up a Center in the proposed project area first.

2)  yyyy selects most of the schools and colleges of that area to provide the education programs like
computer science, arts & crafts, business management etc. according to syllabus of the Boards.

3)  YYYY will open also its technological programs for the general people in those areas for a short period in
the premises of the schools and colleges of that area by establishing a special contract with the
authorities of the schools and colleges to use their premises.

4)  YYYY intends to motivate the educated girls to involve them in the development courses at the grass
root level of the rural area by providing proper training and assistance.

5)  It will undertake activities as a research organization to find out the real solutions of the present
problems of the society.

13)  PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT.

"YYYY" has been performing its operation with Computer Software and Hardware Training since 1994
under the same project name "YYYY" in Dhaka with joint collaboration of ZZZZ. It has a long time
experience to perform the training courses like Operating Systems (MS-DOS, MS-Windows), Word
Processor (Word Perfect, MS-Word, Word Star & Professional Write), Spread Sheet Analysis (Lotus 1-2-
3, Quattro Pro & Excel), Database Management (dBase, Fox Pro & MS-Access), Graphical Programs
(Corel Draw, Harvard Graphics, Power Point, etc.) and also providing training on computer programming
and languages like dBase and Fox Pro Programming, BASIC programming Language and C Programming
language in Turbo-C.

Several Times YYYY conducts Hardware and Software Trouble Shooting Program at the same place from
1995. It has a long experience of assembling the computers.

YYYY presently is working with the training program of Tailoring and Embroidery in the village xxxx of
Pabna. The next session of this course will be going to conduct from 1st August, 1997. It already has
performed 2 (two) successful training programs on the same topics.

14) TARGET GROUP
1.  The students of schools and colleges in the rural areas.
2.  The High- and mid ranged educated youths, especially the educated women in           the rural areas.
3.  The employees/workers of GOs and NGOs working in the rural area.
4.  The distressed women and disabled persons in the rural area.

15) OFFICE
HEAD OFFICE:  YYYY' present Head Office in Dhaka at …….., Dhaka which is connect with the office
of  "xxxx" at Motijheel Area.

This Office is equipped with 1 (one) Telephone and Fax and 2 computers. Project Director and Project
Coordinator will be stationed here. They will visit the field areas randomly to survey the total situation
of the project.

Local Offices: The Local Office will be as Liaison Office for YYYY and its mother organizationxxxx. It’s
targeted first Local Office will be opened at ….., Pabna. It will be the model for the future expansion of
its program throughout the country in the forth-coming future.

Its study programs will be fully mobile within the area. But its local office will be established to meet up
its requirements to provide full support and for various
