    Dear RD Roldan,

    Greetings.

    This is to express our regret for not having attended the Constitutional Reform (CORE) Advocacy Campaign for
    Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation Presidents and Liga ng mga Barangay (LNB) Presidents last October
    17-18, 2019 at the Ritz Hotel at Garden Oases, Porras St., Davao City.

    Inasmuch as we would like to attend the said relevant activity, we were unable to do so as we were also joining
    an equally important forum which is the Exit Conference for Barangays conducted by the Commission on Audit
    (COA) at the Municipal Gymnasium, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental on same date. Clearly it was a conflict of
    schedule, but rest assured we will support any subsequent advocacy relative to Constitutional Reform.

    May this explanation merit your consideration.
