GREETINGS.

As a part of our community we are all responsible in taking steps toward making our place
environmentally friendly like changing the light bulbs into a more energy efficient type, recycling their
trash and conserving their energy use. But a more proficient step is to contribute to the local community
by planting trees in our rural, suburbs and even farmland.

We the "BAYAN KO LINIS KO" Aparri As One Environmental Group, which is composed of several
accredited Non-Government Organization/Civil Service Organization(NGO/CSO) of the Aparri LGU, will
be hosting a Tree Planting Project this coming week in Brgy Paruddun Sur Aparri, Cagayan.

This tree-planting project is a great opportunity for us to show our concern for the environment and
help diminish the unfavorable effects of climate change.

In view of this, we would like to request your good office for at least 200 Seedlings that will be used
for the said project which aims for the improvement and conservation of our environment.

Our organization is looking forward for your favorable consideration on our requests, so we can go
ahead with the plan.
