I. INTRODUCTION/RATIONALE

What is the purpose of the environment to you? Is it just a place to live in? a decora-
tion for you to boast? A piece of land that you can monopoly?

Did you see the Environment? Can you compare it to before? The answer is No.
Papers, plastics and etc. can see around and even its just a little piece but it can have a big
problem, Instead of cutting trees, we should maintain trees and Instead of trashing papers
everywhere, keep it and recycle it.

That’s why the proponents submits this concept paper entitled PROJECT GREEN
GANG: “Because Clean and Green, is our Biggest Dream”. A non-profit organization
that advocates the conservation of environment by striving the observation of cleanliness
and neatness of the surroundings that helps to maintain the conservation of our environ-
ment.

Environment is one of the most important aspects in our lives, we can’t live without
it. If we compare it from before and after we can see the biggest difference from now. Keep
trashing plastics everywhere, cutting trees, and air pollution, are the things we did. But
beside of that, there are some of us who really cares for the Environment, it is very useless
if there’s a person who really loves to care but there’s a person who are careless to it. People
should realize the importance of it before it’s too late. We can appreciate things if it is not
available. We can still re-plant but it’s very late to plant trees when we have climate change
and we are the cause of the opposite of it. We know that there are so many steps to keep
the Environment clean and be compared to before, as I end this, I would like to encourage
you to keep catchy, clean, and greeny in comes of our environment. Appreciate it, because
it has a big help for you to keep you alive and healthy. So let us be the inspiration to others.

Be the example and be the idolized to others and TOGETHER let’s clean and keep
the environment clean and green.

II. PURPOSE/SIGNIFICANCE
Environment Living things are in need of specific environment to survive, especially
humans . Environment is not just a simple to thing to ignore and waste , Environment is
indeed one of the factors in which it enables living things to survive .In order to live/survive
one specific organism must fit in its environment. This simply explains that environment
is very important. Nowadays environment are destroyed just to build commercial build-
ings, expansion of housings and etc. The truth is environment affects the growth and health
of something or someone. If not treated right , there will be a extinction of species or even
worst , the extinction of human kind which we fear the most. In the past years people does
not show care for the environment till calamities arrive. Great calamities have awaken the
human kind to protect and preserve our environment our environment. Besides , if human
keeps on destroying the environment , humans will also be the one who will suffer for what
they’ve done.
Sometimes people just ignore the environment , they throw garbage everywhere
,burned plastics and etc. They don’t know that if environment takes its revenge to human
kind ,thousand and millions of people will suffer. Environment is not just a playground or
place , it is the root of our survival that’s why we need to take care of it. Some people does
not take seriously the warning of the environment itself. They keep on doing stuff’s that
destroys the environment . therefore, there is no one is Exempted when nature strikes back.
Wake up people and start making plans on how to protect and preserve mother earth. Being
positive is the key , people might see impossible things but with cooperation , will , and
prayer nothing is impossible. If thousands of people , even millions can manage to go to a
concert then why is it impossible that people can’t unite in preserving mother earth?. This
is a choice , and the choice is in our hands.

III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A. GOALS

The project has a ripple effect if pushed through. and if not, there's always a
significant effect not just to the community but also the entire environment as well.
represented by the Project Green Gang should aim, is to prevent the worse effects
of the environment and climate change caused by the obstruction and abuse of the
people to the ecosystem by not maintaining cleanliness and abusing the use of the
natural resources such as tree cutting, deforestation and many more. the succeeding
goals will soon be tallied upon the projects' total goal. wherein the environment
should be preserved along with the maintaining of its cleanliness as well. making it
safer and by keeping it clean and green.

Saving our environment is our duties and responsibilities as humans and in-
habitants of mother earth at all costs. And Project Green Gang not only focuses on
that. if granted approval, the said organization will strive the people by not just
advocating cleanliness, but also pushing to the conservation of the environment by
initiating tree planting activities and utilizing the use of sustainable and renewable
energy as well. By this, our environment will soon recover from it’s damages and
loses and our ecosystem will bring back to its colors.

B. METHODOLOGY

Project Green Gang aims to restore our environment by advocating people to

make it clean and green. This project will now reach out the communities and
schools with the cooperation of other stakeholders by leading the people to observe
cleanliness at all times, and restoring our ecosystem by initiating projects that will
lead the people to strive the importance of saving our environment and restoring
our ecosystem to bring biodiversity back to its colors. And here are the ways to be
executed by Project Green Gang:

• Communities will be reached out and interviewed for an in-person assess-

ment.
• Seminars, as well as programs in the barangay, orientation and webinars
on the social media will be conducted upon the advocacy of the Project
Green Gang advocating the 3r’s.
• Livelihood assessments, tree planting activities and community clean-up
drive will soon be implemented.
• Advocacies on the use of sustainable and renewable energy will be con-
ducted promoting the usage of environment-friendly appliances such as
promoting the use of solar-generated products and many more.
• Implementation of practicing the observance of cleanliness throughout the
entire community.
• Government officials, private sectors and non-government organizations
and the local government unit will be consulted throughout the project.

Project Green Gang not only focuses on short-term aspects in promoting clean-
liness for the sake of our environment and ecosystem, but also for the collective long-
term benefits it would provide for the entire biodiversity.

IV. BUDGET

To make the biggest step towards on the Project Green Gang advocacy,
certain expenses must be made to support the needs, goals and to the con-
sistency of the advocacy. The proponents calculated the expenses as accurately
as possible. To minimize financial anomalies and to stress openness, the ex-
pected and targeted expenses for each step of the project must be estimated. The
expenses for Project Green Gang are shown in the table below.
