Detail:
<Symptom>
Blurred image may occur at approx. 45mm from the trailing edge of paper.
<Cause>
When closing the right door [1], the secondary transfer high-voltage pin [2] is not pushed in with the static charge
electrode plate [3], causing loosening of the rear side of the secondary transfer outer roller and the rear side of the
registration roller. This causes their misalignment with the fixing roller; when the trailing edge of paper comes out
from the registration roller, shock from the paper trailing edge leaving the roller occurs and images blur at the transfer
assembly at the same time. This position is 45mm from the trailing edge of paper, where this symptom occurs.

<Factory Meassure>
The shape of the static charge electrode plate [3] is changed [E] to ensure that the secondary transfer high-voltage
pin is surely pushed in.

Service Work:
If the above symptom occurs, replace the static charge electrode plate with its new type FC5-1127-010 [D].
Keep the stock of the paper feeder frame assembly [4]; FM2-0252-010 with the new type of static charge electrode
plate attached.
